Healthcare - Business Development (Part Time) Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling -- Outreach calls to Doctors/Clinics/Hospitals to discuss Avanzar's digital marketing services and solutions engage with them and identify their needs, and set up appointments for meetings -- THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT 80% of the work would be to pick up the phone and fix initial meetings
2. Inbound Enquiries Management -- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp and emails. Address queries and understand requirements. Propose our services
3. WhatsApp messaging -- Engaging with clinics/hospitals via WhatsApp messaging. Sharing about our work, case studies, etc.
4. Email and WhatsApp marketing -- Work on whatsapp and email tools for managing outbound email and whatsapp campaigns
5. CRM management - Maintaining a pipeline of all inbound + outbound enquiries management using CRM software. Log all the discussions, follow-ups, next steps, etc.

Who can apply:

1. Comfortable with doing tele sales and pitching services on calls
2. Dynamic person with great communication and convincing skills
3. Loves sales numbers and is driven to maximise the daily calls done
4. Good with computers
5. Comfortable with CRM tools, email marketing tools, excel sheets, etc.

Candidate Background:

Ideal candidate would be someone with healthcare background (Dental, Physio, AYUSH, etc.) or someone with good telesales exposure. Knowledge of general digital marketing services would be an added advantage.
