Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with the provided leads via calls and convince them about the courses
2. Interact with the students and address their problems
3. Understand their interest and accordingly guide them for the same
4. Listen to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and non-judgmental way
5. Provide one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development
6. Work on increasing student enrolment
7. Work on developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs
