1. Manage the administration around the full employee life cycle including onboarding, contract changes, leave entitlements, time and absence & offboarding
2. Support payroll by providing input and auditing data changes monthly by ensuring we meet all standards required for external and internal audits
3. Perform general HR administrative tasks such as documentation of compliances and record-keeping, HR data management
4. Identify and monitor training and development needs within the organization and coordinate with the managers for various training activities as per team requirements
5. Oversee office operations and ensure a smooth workflow by managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
6. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office infrastructure and services
7. Conduct hiring, training and overview to all the consultants on their client relationship responsibilities
8. Manage and maintain monthly data for consultant payment cycles
9. Verify each consultant's payment & address the disputes with the concerned stakeholders
10. Help the operations team with their ad-hoc tasks (data collection, conducting interviews for clients, and profile evaluation for clients)
