1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent knowledge in finance and accounting
3. Proficiency in financial accounting, taxation, and ledger reconciliation
4. Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
5. Experience with accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, or Tally, and advanced MS Excel skills
6. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Knowledge of taxation and compliance processes and regulations is a plus
