As an offline sales - accounts receivable executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable process for offline sales transactions. You will be responsible for accurately recording and reconciling sales transactions and ensuring timely collection of payments. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies and optimize the accounts receivable process
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment arrangements, and customer interactions in the system
2. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers to collect payments promptly
3. Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with the sales and finance teams
4. Maintain accurate records of customer payments and update the accounting system accordingly
5. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels to secure timely payments
6. Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports to track key performance metrics and identify trends
7. Provide regular updates to management on the status of accounts receivable and collection efforts
8. Recommend and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
1. BBA or MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
2. Experience in offline sales or retail industry
3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach
4. Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies, including consultative selling and relationship-building
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software for managing sales activities and tracking leads
6. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, sales presentations, and networking events
7. Prior experience in offline retail sales, B2B sales, or direct sales is advantageous
