As a talent acquisition intern at TALENTNITI RECRUITMENT SERVICES Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to identify and attract top talent for our clients. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure a successful match between the candidate and the company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in creating job postings and promoting them on various platforms to attract qualified candidates
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
3. Coordinating candidate interviews with hiring managers and collecting feedback
4. Assisting in negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
6. Helping with organizing recruitment events and career fairs to build a strong talent pipeline
7. Providing administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed
This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the recruitment process and the opportunity to develop your skills in talent acquisition.
