About the work from home job/internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at NextHire, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic team to attract top talent for our organization. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be crucial as you communicate with potential candidates and create engaging job postings. Proficiency in MS-Excel will also be essential as you assist in organizing candidate data and tracking recruitment metrics.
Timing: 9 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Update and maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
5. Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment reports using MS-Excel.
6. Collaborate with team members on recruitment strategies and initiatives.
7. Provide support in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
