Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions
4. Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices
