About the internship

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with existing partnered pharma and retail stores to increase merchandising, awareness, and promotions and drive sales across these centers/stores.
2. New business development with doctors to subscribe core subscription and prescribe Active Foods products
3. New business development with pharma stores & retail outlets to ensure active food products are well promoted with high sales throughput.
4. Complete product training of the entire active foods portfolio and core subscription product.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 25th Apr'24 and 30th May'24

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

Stipend during the internship period:

Fixed: 15,000/month

Incentive from existing stores: 5% of Sale Value (Purchase Order Value)

Incentive from new stores: 10% of Sale Value (Purchase Order Value)

Incentive on new doctor deals: 10% of their code-based revenue

Points to note:

1. Travel to be borne by the interns themselves.

2. No upper cap on incentives for any intern.

3. Best-performing intern will also get a Pre-Placement Interview option. This will help enable the intern to be eligible for an interview with the CEO and work with Sugar.fit in a full-time role after his/her college.

4. Work timings can be anywhere between 7 AM - 9 PM but not more than 9 hours per day (Work timings decided by the reporting manager).
