Internship Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and interview job candidates.
Extend job offers and facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Assist in recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
2) Organisational Design:
Aid in the design and implementation of organisational structures.
Develop job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to align with business objectives.
3) Research and Development:
Collaborate with R&D to explore new sources for staff and teacher hiring.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
