About the internship

4. Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
5. Keep candidates engaged and warm throughout the selection process.
6. Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
7. Conduct initial background checks on candidates.
8. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
9. Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.
10. Maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates as a backup.
11. Manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
