About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with the team
2. Prepare interview materials and support the recruitment team during the interview process
3. Onboard new hires by processing paperwork and coordinating orientation activities
4. Assist with administrative tasks related to employee relations, leave management, and performance reviews
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs

Other requirements

1. Any bachelors degree or currently enrolled in a degree program (human resource degree is preferable)

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

5. A strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn
