Chief Of Staff And Mechanical Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in operations, surveys, marketing, business development, cost optimisation and efficiency planning.
2. Provide direct support to the Founder, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
3. Conduct market surveys and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and market demands.
4. Support business development efforts by researching potential partners, clients, market segments and converting them into revenue generating opportunities.
5. Anticipate the Founder's needs and proactively address any administrative or logistical challenges. Manage administrative tasks for the office.
6. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation.
7. Collaborate with the Founder to craft their professional profile and establish thought leadership in the industry.
8. Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote company products, services, and key initiatives.
9. Manufacturing of EV and product prototypes and IN-HOUSE assembling of components.
10. Build and simulate the subsystem components for structural simulation and analyze the result.
11. Able to deliver the final CAD model of design with manufacturing drawings according to industry standards. Performing FMEA analysis of subsystems.
12. Design and testing of EV subsystems.

Note: This internship role provides an opportunity to build a business from scratch, build products of the future, to become independent and drive important decisions. The specific tasks and requirements may vary based on the company's needs.
