Job Profile:
As an Executive Assistant (EA), you'll be instrumental in supporting our executive team, ensuring seamless operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with industry leaders and contribute to the company's success. We seek a detail-oriented individual with a prestigious educational background from institutions like IIT, IIM, or top 10 business schools.
Job Details:
1. Location: Spaze Itech Park, Sector 49, Gurugram
2. Office Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (6 days a week)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
2. Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in strategic initiatives.
3. Liaise between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
4. Handle confidential information discreetly.
5. Assist in project management tasks and anticipate executive needs.
